Millet Cookies are nutritious and low on gluten. These are non-allergenic and easy to digest. Cookies are made out of millets which are tiny health boosters rich in potassium, iron, niacin, magnesium, calcium and phosphorous.

Ragi is filled with calcium. The proportion of the same is 30 times higher than that of rice. High fiber content means it is easily digestible.

Sorghum is heavy on energy levels that help boost any diet that it is a part of.

Barley is rich in dietary fiber and protein while being low on fat.

Unlike rice, Soybean releases glucose smoothly and thus it does not affect the body's metabolism.
